During Worship (10:00 a.m.)

We believe that children can learn by experiencing worship for themselves. They grow in their faith by observing and learning from adults, so we encourage children in worship services.

The 2^nd, 3^rd, and 4^th Sundays of the month we will offer a special part of the service called the Children’s Moment.

The Children’s Moment will provide an age-appropriate children’s message at a designated time during the service by a children’s ministry volunteer, and will be followed by adult-supervised games, crafts, and activities in the Fellowship Hall.

If you would like your children to continue worshipping in “big” church following the children’s moment, feel free.* However, we realize that children may need some things to do to keep their hands busy while sitting in worship, so we have “worship buddies” – bags filled with activities available in the narthex.

*If your child becomes especially restless or disruptive, we encourage you to take him/her to the narthex, Fellowship Hall, or nursery (ages 4 and under).
