Rev. Molly Warren, Pastor
Email:

Office: 407-699-8155
Since
July 1, 2011, Molly has served as the Senior Pastor at TUMC,
involved in all aspects of the life of the church through
worship, leadership, teaching, visitations, pastoral care,
and administrative duties. Her warmth, passion, and good
humor are trademarks of her leadership as she strives to
bring God's grace to all people, in every walk of life. She
has a collaborative leadership style and seeks to utilize
the spiritual gifts and God-given talents of both staff and
lay leadership. Prior to her current ministry assignment,
she served as Senior Pastor of First UMC in New Smyrna
Beach, and as Associate Pastor at Asbury UMC in Maitland,
Florida.
Before she became a
minister, Molly was Vice President at L-3 Communication's
aerospace division. A devout Methodist for many years, Molly
faced personal restlessness at work, a search for more
meaning in her life, and heartbreak in her family. During
this time of brokenness, the Lord spoke into her life in a
powerful way and called her into ordained ministry.
Leaving her secular
profession behind, she completed her Master of Divinity at
Asbury Theological Seminary while serving as the Associate
Pastor at Asbury UMC. During this time Molly launched
Celebrate Recovery, a support group, which became an
important "church within a church" for those affected by
addiction. Molly earned her bachelor's degree from Rollins
College, and then pursued graduate studies in engineering at
UCF while working at progressively more challenging
assignments at Lockheed Martin.
Pastor Molly cherishes
her husband of over 30 years, Frank, their two sons, two
stepsons and their four incredible granddaughters. She has
moved from launching rockets into the heavens to a life
devoted to serving others, leading them into a relationship
with Jesus and an eternal life in Heaven.

Proudly hailing from the small town of Pavo, Georgia,
located in the southwest part of the state, Joseph has fond
memories of the music at both his hometown Baptist and
Methodist churches. It was there that he discovered his love
for sacred music, eventually becoming the music director for
Pavo United Methodist Church at seventeen.
At age seven, Joseph began playing the piano, by ear. At
thirteen he discovered a love for conducting. During High
School he relished his role as Drum Major during his Junior
and Senior years!
In 2000, Joseph moved to Florida to attend flight school.
There, he earned his Commercial Pilot certificates (multi-
and single-engine). In 2001, while pursuing his Certificate
of Flight Instructor, the tragedy of September 11th halted
his commercial aviation endeavors. Feeling the call to
continue serving in church music, Joseph began actively
writing sacred music arrangements, compositions and
orchestrations which eventually led him to the post of
Director of Orchestra at a large church in the Orlando area.
In 2003, Joseph joined the staff at TUMC. And in 2004, he
became the Director of Music Ministries.
Joseph is proud to have studied singing with Soprano,
Kimberly Saunders Randall. He's also sung with The Orlando
Chorale and the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra in several
sacred works, including Handel's "Messiah," and Mozart's
"Requiem." He equally enjoys singing and playing a wide
variety of Christian music: Contemporary, Gospel, Southern
Gospel, Bluegrass, Liturgical, and others.
He is most passionate about teaching and bringing people
together of all musical backgrounds and skill levels. He
teaches privately: piano, singing, and general music.
Hobbies include: flying, photography, music recording,
reading, hiking and GeoCaching.
Joseph's love of Christ and the gift of music are
intertwined in his leadership at TUMC. He welcomes the
opportunity to share with anyone his Christian testimony and
his philosophies regarding church music.

I
am a product of God’s eternal grace and love. Originally from
Trinidad & Tobago in the West Indies, church was as big a part of my life
growing up and continues to be an important part of my daily life. Being
part of a church “family” is essential to me.
I bring to TUMC a work history that
includes Montessori teaching methods, business office management, and cancer
research experience in the healthcare field. All these jobs involved working
with God’s children. What a delight it is now to be in Ministry here. My service
to God is further extended in my roles as Director of Lay Speaking Ministry for
the East Central District, Treasurer for the Board of Lay Ministry and, Chair of
the Commission on the Status and Role of Women for the Florida Conference.
I have
experienced God’s grace in my life as I am constantly aware of how God has been
there for me in all my extreme happiness and through dark times. I am “Mom” to
Sampson, my13yr old Siamese as my other “son” Cedric recently went home to be
with the Lord. The years spent in the “caretaking ministry” with him during his
14yrs of living with ALS/Lou Gehrig’s disease, brought home repeatedly God’s
love and only confirmed my undying faith in our Lord.
I celebrate daily the opportunity to be
in Ministry here at Tuskawilla United Methodist Church as Assistant to Pastor
Molly, our wonderful staff and you, the people of God. I hope that you will feel
free to contact the church office with any questions you may have. Please know
that I would welcome the opportunity to speak with you about God’s love and my
own faith journey.
