Reverend Heather Harding

Pastor Heather Harding is a graduate of the University of Miami (BM), University of Central Florida (M.Ed.), and Duke Divinity School (M.Div.). She serves as the Anti-Racism Coordinator for the East Central District and serves on the Congregational Vitality Committee for the Florida Conference. Before experiencing the call to ministry, she worked as a music teacher in Dade and Orange Counties. She has two adult daughters, Brittany and Danielle, a seven-year old granddaughter named Eloise, a five-year old grandson named Kit, a new baby granddaughter named Josie, a faithful dog named Gracie and an irascible cat named Annesley.
Dr. Jeffery Redding

Jeffery Redding, the 2019 GRAMMY Music Educator Award Recipient, began serving this fall as the Director of Choral Activities at the University of Central Florida (UCF). Dr. Redding holds a Ph.D. in Choral Conducting/Music Education and a Master of Music Education, both from the Florida State University, and a B.S. in Music Education from Florida A&M University. He is a member of ACDA, NAfME, FVA, NATS, and Chorus America. He has served his profession in numerous capacities, as District 8 Chair for the Florida Vocal Association (FVA), as State R&R Chair for Ethnic Music/Multicultural Affairs, R&R Chair for Youth/Student Activities, and High School Mixed Honor Choir co-chair for Florida ACDA, and as R&R Chair for Community Choirs for Southern Division ACDA. Currently, he is R&R Lifelong Coordinator (Community, Music and Worship) for Florida ACDA.


Kathryn Halterman

Kathryn Halterman is a passionate follower of Jesus, wife, mother, of two, and certified candidate for ordained ministry in the Florida Annual Conference of the UMC, who has a passion for working with God’s children. She has a Bachelor of Arts in religion from Florida Southern College and a certificate in Christian Discipleship from Asbury Theological Seminary. She formerly served as the Children and Family Ministry Director at First UMC of Oviedo, where she created and launched many exciting ministry programs.
Linda Charlton
Music Assistant

Linda Charlton is a professional pianist based in Lake County, where she is also a part-time reporter/photographer. She is currently the principal pianist with the Imperial Symphony Orchestra in Lakeland, where she has also played French horn. She is considered a collaborative pianist, with extensive experience accompanying and playing chamber music. She is frequently seen at the University of Central Florida, typically playing piano with advanced students, and also has a long track record as pianist / musical director in community theater, with the bulk of her shows being at the Melon Patch Players Theatre in Leesburg. She holds a master of music degree in performance on classical piano from the University of Miami.


Alex Lilly
Contemporary Worship Leader

Alex Lilly grew up within the Tuskawilla United Methodist Church community. He currently attends the University of Central Florida where he recently completed an intensive program for computer coding and software programming. Alex currently serves as TUMC's Contemporary Worship Leader where is amazing talents lead us in contemporary Christian songs weekly. Alex will soon be creating a praise band and leading our Wednesday Family Nights with Contemporary Worship.
Ashley Lilly
Family Ministries, Technology Team
Ashley attendsUniversity of Central Florida and participates in the Marching Knights at UCF. She is passionate about working with children and youth and provides our children's moment each week. She also is part of the Family Encounter Night service, where she participates in the liturgy and edits the service. Ashley has grown up attending TUMC with her family and we are so incredibly grateful for her charismatic connection with our families!


Doug Holder
Online Worship Director, Facilities liaison for the Trustee Team
Doug is a graduate of the University of Florida and is an accomplished photographer. He puts together our online worship service each week and also serves in the office in managing our building rentals and coordinating communications with the Trustee Team.
Caralyn Boese Moore
Director of Communications

Caralyn handles all things social and digital media. A graduate from UCF, she got her degree in Digital Media Web Design and has a true love for the digital world. Currently, she puts together our weekly newsletter & graphics, presentation slides for all services, and creates posts for our Facebook page among other things. In her free time, she loves to snuggle up with her two cats, Dash & Bellatrix, and create different forms of art (draw, paint, graphics, Cricut, etc.).
